Silymarin Capsules

The Milk Thistle plant gets its name from the striking white milky veins that run throughout its prickly leaves. Originally native to the Mediterranean, this plant is now cultivated throughout the world for the health benefits provided by the flavonoid content of its seeds. The dried Milk Thistle seeds that are used in our capsules contain silibinin (silybin), silychristin, and silidianin which are collectively known as Silymarin. These flavonoid compounds are what provides protective benefits to the liver.
