When will my order ship? How long will it take to get my order?
When customers check out, they are presented with different shipping speed options. Products typically ship out one business day after an order has been placed. The only exceptions to this time frame are recognized holidays and the short break we take during the holidays at the end of the year. Orders will ship the first business day after a given holiday. Can I get a replacement product if my product arrived damaged in the mail?
